PREPARE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS:

      A. Start Client Product Selections

           1. Help in Selections of Products and Finishes can be Provided by:
               a. Recommended Vendors
               b. Architect
               c. Interior Decorator Services

PREPARE AND SUBMIT FINAL PROJECT BID:

      A. Major Subcontractors Provide Final Bids Based on Final Drawings
      B. Determine Final Cost Based on Product Allowances or Selections
      C. Review Drawings and Costs with Client
      D. Review and Finalize Scope of Work Narrative

FINANCING PROCEDURES:

   CONTRACT COMPLETION
      A. Present & Sign Construction Contract
      B. Provide Final Product Selection Sheet with Deadline for Client Completion

PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE:

    Present Client Project Package & Discuss:
          1. Contractor/Project Manager Telephone Numbers
          2. Scope of Work Narrative
          3. Basic Schedule

Draw invoices will be presented at predetermined intervals as indicated on schedule.
